Delete Your Account — Sözbil

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Sözbil does not use passwords — your profile is identified by a random device ID generated the first time you open the app, and optionally linked to Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You can permanently delete that profile and everything tied to it at any time.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

Your player profile (display name, avatar, location text, device ID)
Your gameplay data (scores, XP, coins, streaks, achievements, leaderboard entries)
Chat messages you have sent
Your cloud save, gems, season-pass progress, profile frames, friends and challenges
The link to your Apple or Google sign-in

If you have an active Sözbil Premium subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing — please also cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings on your device.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open Sözbil → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your data is removed from our servers immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email canabdiyev@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my Sözbil account". Include the display name shown on your profile so we can find the right record — we do not ask for or need a password.

We process deletion requests within 7 days and will confirm by email once your data has been removed.
